The hotel had a horrid smell of mold in my room, and after 4 to 5 staff members, I was finally 'assured' a change. Then, a receptionist barged into my room at 11pm for payment! I expected privacy and, honestly, a lovely upgrade as a gesture for my trouble. Shame on you globales!

I had a lovely time at this hotel! The themed evening meals brought a fun twist to dining, and watching live cooking was a delight. The swimming pool area was excellent and well-kept, but be mindful that the all-inclusive drinks were limited in variety.

Nice view from room.
Hotel is severely worn down and needs an upgrade of all facilities. I would only stay in this hotel if I want to go back to the seventies Mallorca - in a very worn down and smelly version. Sorry Don Pedro but you need to shake things up....! :-) We moved after 2 nights to another hotel after I got the "turista-stomach" from eating at the buffet.
